I logged a service complaint with bajaj electricals on 24-jan for bajaj water heater shakti 10 liter capacity. Ticket id hyd[protected]-1. Service engineer came and checked and said 2 parts - thermostat and element need to be replaced and said he will place the order for the parts. Post that there is no update from the service engineer or bajaj. I have called up the engineer multiple times but he is either not reachable or says order needs to be placed. I call the bajaj customer care and they gave number of service manager - 2 times 2 different numbers, but there is not response from these when i call. One of them has left the organization 2 years back. Finally i got area manager (Venkat) number, he hears me out and says he will check the service engineer and still no response or update.
The water heater was purchased less than 2 years back.
This is one of the most pathetic service experience from a pan india company.
