[Resolved] Bajaj Electricals — Poor Customer Service | |||||
I never recommend to buy products from Bajaj either from Mall/Shops or Online. I bought a mixer for an offer price. The product was a waste, it worked for atmost 3 months. I called the Bajaj Customer Care and they agreed to send a person on 2 working days(Same dialogue every time). The mechanic called and the route, but he did not turned up. I gave complaint 3 times and they did not have the elementary courtesy to say sorry for their delay.
