I have lodge complaint (Complain No.KOL[protected]-1) for my repair of Bajaj Platini PX140 Microwave oven on 12.12.2016, 16.12.2016 & 18.12.2016
Every time i got a sms in my mobile that "No response from you, Engineer visited your place and did not find any responsible person available" but that's not true.
I was present whole day on 17.12.2016 & 18.12.2016 but not call received from Bajaj representatives. I have called assigned authorised Bajaj customer care Loknath Enterprise repeatedly but no proper feedback received. One of representative has talk to me very ruthlessly & disconnect the phone saying I'll not come and i am cancelling your complaint. His mobile no. is [protected]
I am very much disappointed from Bajaj such an good brand image.
Now i have decided to repair my oven from local electrician not from Bajaj Service center. Was this information helpful? |
