Lodged the complaint about non working of bajaj food processor which started giving problem within 2 months of purchase. Immediately after 3-4 hrs received a call from the mechanic and hearing the problem he told that a new part is required and will get back, once argued that you have seen the product he told he knows everything. However, he never turned up. After 3 days once again called the customer care they informed that the mechanic told them that there is a problem for spare parts. She shared a number and asked me to contact them. The number shared is [protected], which is not in operation. In a fix. Suggest not to purchase bajaj products. Will campaign in social media as well.
