[Resolved] Bajaj Electricals — Product - bajaj iron majesty mx 5 (give me a permanent solution) | |||
I have purchased an iron from ezone in the month of dec 2015 & once or twice in every 2 month i have to call customer care for repairing. In 15 months period its almost been repaired 10 times so please give me a permanent solution by replacing it. And during every call i say them to replace but every time they just say we will fix it & it will not be damaged again. So, please replace it. My last COMPLAIN NO. IS KOL[protected]-1which was on 24/12/2016. Also my product is under 3 years warranty. Was this information helpful? | |||
