Your offie at Kakinada Eg.Dist.A.P.after verifying all relevant documents and taking photos of them and water heater have promissed to replace the water heater.
Since one month it is not being done and to my enquries there is some delay some whare.
I made several contacts to your toll free number for help the latest being Comp.No.11262815 on[protected].
Now i request you to initiate immediate action and let the replace be done at an a early date.
Entire winter i am suffering for want of warm water.
