It payment for the shopping is done successfully and received confirmation SMS stated that products will be delivered within 6 to 7 days.
Today is 12 Apr, 2022 and there is no update on delivery.
Order status on the portal is showing "Ordered" from the beginning and no progress after that.
I reached out to all customer care options given on Bajaj Electricals website -

No response given over email. Agents on phone and WhatsApp said they don't know status but their senior will reach out to me on it.
I never got any call back for any person of Bajaj Electricals.
Collected a ticket ID from the agent[protected], though not sure if this is of any use.
I need to understand if Bajaj Electricals will deliver the purchased products or not. If yes, then when.
If they don't want deliver, I need to understand how to cancel my order as no option available in the web portal. Customer Care Agents too didn't help on this.
