[Resolved] Bajaj Electricals — Product not delivered though full amount paid | |||||
1.I have ordered a Bajaj esteem pedestal fan online from Bajaj electrical websites on 16may2016 with order no BEL 001B0119849. 2.The product has not been delivered to me till date in spite of full payment till date . 3.On contacting them through email there site shows mail delivery failure and telephonically their response is very negligent. 4.One of them replied that due to some internal issues the person who was supposed to deliver it could not picked the docket and they will solve the issue very soon but after three months of long waiting time and numerous call the problem is as it is.
