I was purchase a Bajaj Induction chulha on 06.01.2017 from VIGNA Appliances, Adyar, Chennai. But after lapse of four month from purchasing date this product stopped functioning. In this respect I had lodged a complaint vide no. 11867956 on customer care in previous week. The representative attend the complaint and refused to repair the chulha to say warranty can not be given due to stamp has not affixed on bill.
In this respect it is submitted that warranty for this appliance was given for six month which will be lapsed in June, 2017. I was purchased this appliance from Chennai and presently residing at Patna, Bihar. Stamp on this bill has not been affixed by the seller, which is also a irresponsible manner of the seller. Now, it is not possible for me to get affixed stamp from the seller of Chennai, because I am residing at Patna. Copy of the bill is attached herewith for your ready reference.
It is therefore requested to arrange the repairing work of this appliance at the earliest.
