[Resolved] Bajaj Electricals — Replacement of bajaj cooler TC 2010 in warranty period | |||
I have purchased bajaj cooler TC 2010 in may 2013 in around Rs. 5500. I have used cooler in last summer for around 2 months only. in this time it has got several problems. i have made the complaints in response to that excecutive came and just started the cooler. soon after some time is motor need to be replace. after so many efforts and followup after around 4 months it has got replaced by the company. now again I have started using this cooler this summer just 1 or two time its all side blow wind is not working and also suddenly is not working right now. and now my warranty period is also goint to complete next month. since this cooler is possing several problems time to time and i am sure it will give the several problems in future. i need complete replacement of the product since it is in the warranty period or need money back kindly help in this regards. my previous complaint nos. are 3794359 made on 28/12/13 after that 3712726 around 18/12/13 and 33085681 in oct. 2013. still i have to make complaints since right now it is not working but this time I need replacemnt of this product.
