Bajaj Electricals — Sandwich Maker Damaged when Delivered | |||
I bought a sandwich maker (Bajaj Majesty Snack Master Super Delux) on april 10 and it was damaged when it was shipped. I immediately called customer care on april 10 and they asked me to send a written email with photo of the damaged piece. I immediately sent them a email about this. I have been trying to reach the customer care in Mumbai and everytime someone picks up the call and they raise different complaints which is not acted upon. I would have called them atleast 15 times and they do not give a proper response. Its nearly a month now and i have not used the sandwich maker and still waiting for replacement. They do not have a proper process of following up with the customer and each time I have to make STD calls to get answers from them. I would like to get my sandwich maker replaced immediately or get my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||
