Bajaj Electricals — Tank Leakage- Majesty Water Heater (Geyser)- 25 L | |||
I had purchased a Bajaj Majesty 25 L Water Heater on 7th September 2014. Tank Leakage was observed in May'15 which I reported to Bajaj Customer care and the tank was replaced by the authorized representative from M/s S.R. Enterprises, Ghaziabad in May'15. However, it was extremely shocking to see that the newly replaced Tank started leaking again in June'15 that too without any use in the peak summer season. I raised a complaint again (Call no.[protected] with the Bajaj Customer Care on 27th June'15 and since then I have been awaiting the Engineer's visit for attending the problem. I have raised a reminder again on 12th August (Call no.[protected], however nobody has turned up to attend the complaint. Please advise the concerned official to take immediate action in this regard and depute a competent engineer to attend the complaint on urgent basis.
