I purchased a chimney on 20th may. After many request it was installed on 30th may with only one bulb instead of two. The technician said, "aise hi chala lo."we complained to dealer. After many requests it was installed on 17th june. And we were told to pay extra 100 rupees which we refused. So the madam from sion office told the technician to remove it. Spoke rudely to us. Its not a question of 100 rupees but people should know how to speak to their customers and give proper service and don't force us to raise our voice.
