I received the product today (18/09/2017). But the warranty card has neither been sealed nor been filled by you. It states that warranty is not applicable if the seller hasn't filled the card. Will this be a problem in case i have to claim warranty.
I had a humiliating experience when i called your customer service right now at 2:58pm of 18/09/2017. The lady at who attended my call won't listen unless i have a repair issue of the product. She said, "this is complaint and repair section. If you have such a problem, tell me"
Then i said that my warranty card has not been sealed. She was not willing to take that and insisted on stopping the conversation unless there is a repair issue.
I understand that the customer care number can be used for demo, installation as well as complaint purposes as it suggests so by the automated voice that responds once the call is connected.
What ever.. I am not happy by the way i was treated.
Now please let me know what should i do to get the warranty card sealed, or even if it is necessary to do so. Was this information helpful? |
