Bajaj Electricals — Water purifier

I am a mr. Pradeep singh a customer of yours. I am using your water purifier and it needs to be repaired. We have given request about it and it's been two months and no action is taken by your customer care. They contacts us and give us dates but no one comes on that day. Your service is too bad. We expected a lot different service. Your service is not good at all. If someone gets ill due to this water which is not purified properly, then who will be responsible for this. If you give service like this i think that i should throw away it. We had called in customer care 3-4 times and we are not getting a proper service so please look into the matter or we can go and file a case against you in consumer court.
