Hi, This is Ravi Kumar residing New Delhi. I have purchased "Bajaj Majesty Water Heater 3ltr 3kw" from "2459-Taurus CSD Canteen" on 23rd Nov 2013. One week back on 16th Nov 2015suddenly it stopped functioning, since when I am trying to call all customer care number but it's not connecting at all, that is why at last I informed them through email but their engineer told us that he will charge the money as we again called them on 25th Nov and it was out 2 days out of warranty.
