Bajaj Electronics — lg demo guy from bajaj electronics | |||
This is dr. Karthik, s/o m. Kumaraswamy. We have purchased lg 7kg fully automatic washing machine in oct. 2017 in my mom's name sathya from paradise bajaj electronics, secunderabad, telangana. My parents did not use it till today as they said they will use it when i come from canada. I come tried home two days ago. I tried to use it today but there was no water inflow. All the tubes were fixed properly. We had difficulty in finding the solution. My dad unknowingly called some lg technician named bhasker, phone no: [protected] from paradise bajaj electronics. He was the same guy who came for the first demo. His behaviour on the phone was very rude, no telephone manners, irresponsible, commanding and not showing courtesy. He didn't even listened to our query and was very arrogant. Only thing me and my dad asked him was to come home and help us resolve our query but he did not even showed respect to my dad and said he would come if he is free. What the hell. We purchased this machine worth 30, 000+ for excellent lg customer service and satisfaction.. Not to bear some bloody stupid technician behaviour. We are immensely disappointed with his behaviour. We could have bought bosch or samsung. A big company like bajaj electronics and lg should keep technicians who can atleast show some respect, courtesy towards my 60 yr old father and myself. I am very disappointed with his behaviour and i would like to escalate this issue to the extreme level as possible and i demand an apology from bajaj electronics. I am even not recommending bajaj electronics to anyone. Dear bajaj electronics.. Kindly keep technicians who show respect towards elders on the phone or else please stop your services for ever. I have already call to customer care and registered the complain. It has been 17 days, but I have not receive any response from their electrician. I have call many times but still no response.
Its realy very frustrating.
Also, it in warranty period.
