[Resolved] Bajaj Electronics — Stop lying to customers | |||
I ordered an LG TV couple of days ago from the Miyapur branch. They said that it will be delivered yesterday morning. But it wasn't. Every time I call them they tell me stories about how the auto tyre was punctured while bringing the TV. Has the tyre not been fixed for two days? The problem is not the delay. The problem is dishonesty. People can wait if you state a later date for delivery but don't try to fool them by lying. I went to the office twice and they keep transferring blame among each other.
