[Resolved] Bajaj Finance — Use of rude & abusive language by collection executives | |||
Hello, this is Keerti here.My brother had brought Samsung LED series 4 32"inch TV in the month of April'14. The due date was decided from your company i.e.2nd of every month, however my brother's salary date is on 10th of every month by cheque.Hence, we asked the collection executive to collect the XYZ amount after this date only.Whatever will be delayed charges will be paid while closing this loan.Now my brother is unable to paid the amount due to some financial problems in the month of Aug'14 hence we requested the people for the time to arrange the money.But the peoples from call center who are calling for collection, they are literally threatning to the all people at my home by calling them and also using very very very rude language on call which is unbearable (Executive Name :- Jyoti).(Calling numbers :[protected] & [protected]) This lady today called me and behaved on call pathetically.She was sounding manner less & kind of lady on call.Would like to ask to your company is this the way you treat your customers????? Can't you guys check the earlier records of the customer and give them some time to cover their loan???? Me & my brother is also from collection industry and we also do have customers who have not paid their dues which are in Lakhs.Still we used to maintain professionalism.We followed the metrics to get the collections by maintaining the quality of the process. So why your executives are behaving like they are collecting any extortion money from my brother???? Kindly don't take this complaint granted as i know the rules & regulations of the collections...So please look into this matter & reply on same. Was this information helpful? | |||
