This is regarding SR61777086 about cancellation of the wallet care plan .
My flexi loan account ref :400SAF88542922 | Mob: [protected]
Initially I have received Zee5 subscription voucher offer message on my mobile. up on clicked on link available on message it take to somewhere and started getting message like you are purchased Wallet Care Plan worth 999. now i am seeing it will debit Rs 999 from my bank account which is not in my plan or even i didn't wish. at the same time ie. on 22/09/2021 I have raised request SR61777086 to stop this activation but still i couldn't see any progress, please do the needful.
My query is i have signed for only flexi loan account related then how ecs will applied for other things?
Please do cancel Wallet Care Plan and do not send any withdrawal request to bank as i did not interested to take this.

bajaj, which is actually i never show intrest.
bajaj forcefully withdraw amount from my bank. i have taken flexi loan and sign it for only.
but
bajaj is cheating customers and doing theft from customers account with out concern.
