[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — Original Bill and NOC not received | |
Hi,
I had bought LG TV from GIRIAS, Hosur Road Bangalore in August 2011 under Bajaj Finance. Load was closed much earlier. Now my TV has stopped working. I contacted LG guys and they are ready to buyback it. They need original bill of purchase. GIRIAS had given me only duplicate bill. I contacted them and they told that original bill is with Bajaj Finance.
I am clueless now how to get the NOC and Original Bill back. I called customer care but they could not help.
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible. I was thinking about buying new TV under bajaj finance since it is so convenient but am scared now.

With reference to your post and our discussion we understand that you have already received the NOC for Loan A/c # 4040CD00189986 however you also need the original invoice copy for the same. As an exceptional case we are trying to retrieve the same, request you to allow us additional 10 days to have this requirement addressed.
