[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — Promotional offer not delivered, feeling cheated | |||||
I applied for a flexi personal loan from Bajaj, They promised a promotional offer(airline voucher worth 5000) but they did not deliver it, it has been 2-3 months since the loan has been disbursed. I complained multiple times but they are saying that I am not eligible for the offer, I even sent them the emails which has mentioned the offer. I even sent them a legal notice but nobody replied.
