[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — Wrong EMI Estimation | |||

S Loan Acc no - 4030CD10210242 Ph no - [protected] & Alt - [protected] We Purchased a Air Conditioner worth of 30600.rs at Viveks (Purshawakkam Branch, Chennai) with Bajaj Finance on 23rd May 2015, • Finance executive, offer us a loan scheme of 15000.rs as Downpayment Hence we paid the downpayment of 15000 (Inc Processing Fee of 800.rs) accordingly. • But, Later a week we received a mail from Bajaj stating to pay EMI amount of 3060.rs per month. It Seems, Bajaj executive calculated a loan value, without calculating my downpayment 15000. • Mailed to Bajaj Finance Complaint ([protected]@bajajfinserv.in) on June 6th 2015 regarding the issue, Still no solution. Please find the PDF file of my payment at Viveks. Since as a existing bajaj finance customer, I felt a bad experience this time with you. After a long follow up still we dint get a revert from Bajaj Finserv. Executive who created wrong EMI scheme has done the changes now. (Worst Customer Support). But Thanks alot for such a assistance through this site. Bajaj Finserv customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

I Purchased a sony tv worth of 38, 300.rs at (Tirumala Music center (P) Ltd, hyderabad, Telangana) with Bajaj Finance on 07th Nov 2015, • Finance executive, offer us a loan scheme of 5300.rs as Downpayment Hence we paid the downpayment of 5300 accordingly. But, Later a week we received a mail from Bajaj stating to pay EMI amount of 3200 Rs per [protected]@11 month. It Seems, Bajaj executive calculated a loan value, without calculating my downpayment 5300.
