Dear Sir/Madam,
After many
visit, demos and assurance given regarding Best Product and sales after service
by Mr. Kuntal Das (Ph No-[protected]) Sales representative of BAJORIA
APPLICANCES PVT LTD. Authorised Distributor of KUTCHINA’S Products and his after
his strong assured given to us, we decide to at buy KUTCHINA’S AUTO CELAN
CHIMNY on 17th April, 2015.
On
17.04.2015 we purchase KUTCHINA AUTO CLEAN CHIMNY from BAJORIA APPLICANCES PVT
LTD and payment made through A/c Payee Cheque but till today we not received
any invoices but we have received a SMS bearing ID No. 10904318 for any
service, complians & query on dt. 29.04.2015 at 2:24 PM.
The said
product was installed on my house (At.Vill-Jetia Natun Para, P.O-Jetia, Dist-24
Parganas (North), Pin-743135) on 17.04.2015 and from very next day on 18.04.2015
the product start problem of suction of air and oil storage. After that i have
called to Mr. Kuntal Das, Sales Represntative, he sends their mechanic 20.04.15
but the mechanic can not solve the problem and he sends again their mechanic on 27.04.15 but
again the problem was not detected and mechanic says there is an internal
problem with the product and contact the company.
Further, I
have tried to connect and call to Mr. Kuntal Das over more than 100 time till
07.05.15 but he did not even receive my phone. Henceforth, after very disappointment
and unhapplie i have complain to customer care of KUTCHINA on 07.05.15 and
received with the Complained No –[protected] but till now again i
received to resolution.
At presents
days the product i had purchased is unusable an lying with my house as waste because
it is not working. Please suggest me that what you will do if same thing happened
with you.
Since, i
have not received any resolution till now due to that i am moving towards
compliant in Consumer Court and also i am going to fill FIR with police for
cheating, fraud and mental harassment.
So hoping that you will reply soon other wise i
have to take critical action against that.
