Its surprizing to see the list of NCERT books for class 2 mentioned on various sites..But school is using its own publication of books which are costly..Total books set for class 2nd and above is 2800Rs on a minimum side.On top of it I fail to understand what is the use of 5 English text books..Yes total 5TEXTBOOKS just of 1 subject english in class 2nd.Bag weight has to be heavy and poor kids shoulders pain as they even have to climb stairs...
