I am Deepika, I had booking tickets for Tirupati tour package for 3 people in VIP and was cost around Rs.6150/- on[protected] for the same day, I received this message on my no.::

"Your ticket for Bangalore to Tirupati Package on 23/12/2017 is confirmed with PNR: 15425, Ser.No: IRCTC QUICK VIP DARSHAN 2 (Balaji Tour package), Fare: Rs 6, 150.00, Seat No: L15, L16, R16, Boarding Point: Tin Factory, Dep Time: 09:40 PM, Contact No:[protected] 41226363

But later your executive called me from the no. +[protected] and informed me that VIP is not permitted for Sunday, so they will send us for free Darshan trip and refund Rs.450/- per person i.e., total amount of Rs.1350/- will be refunded in the bus either by driver or guide.

But later before departure, I received this message::

"Dear Passenger, Bus Journey details from Bangalore to Tirupati Package on 23/12/2017 are PNR: 50335, Seat No: L16, R15, R16, Reporting Time: 10:15 PM, Boarding: Tin Factory at 10:30 PM, Address: Near hanging bridge, Bus No: KA02 AA 7477, Driver Name: GAJENDRA, Mobile: [protected]

The travels and PNR no. got changed as well as seat no., and driver and guide told that they don't know regarding this refund, and the person on the no.[protected] told that he will not give any refund. All passengers told us that they have paid Rs.1600/- per person and we have paid Rs.450/- extra per person and were taken for free Darshan instead of VIP.

Kindly refund our Rs.1350/- which we have paid extra.
