Bangalore Development Authority [Bda] — BDA Property tax_No receipt received- Property ID : [protected]

We had paid property tax on 05/09/2020 through online for property ID- [protected]. The payment was successful but we have not received any receipt/challan and the online site still showing to pay now. We had dropped email regarding this but there is no reponse. Please do the needful.
