Bangalore Development Authority [Bda] — Illegal encroachment by the neighbouring property building

Myself Mrs Rupa Pal, have ownership of Plot no 17 in EWS, JP Nagar 9th Phase, Bangalore.
On 30th May 2022, Plot no 18 started excavating along the property thereby damaging the compound wall see photo.
On 11th September 2022, we went to site to inspect and found that Plot 18 has illegally encroached to lot 17 by 1 inch and they failed to display their approved plan. police Complaint registered Refer photo.
Plot 18 have not provided any allowance or any setback.
Please do the needful,
Photos of the encroachment and dimensions taken in presence of local Hoysala Mr Mahadev have been attached. They also damaged and demolished my Property boundary wall.
I am requesting your judgement and relief from this misery.
