Bangalore Development Authority [Bda] — Owners Name & Address not updated in Property Tax Receipt

I had purchased a land in 2022. Khata Transfer is also done for it. But Owners Name & Address not updated in Property Tax Receipt yet. Have gone HSR BDA office multiple times but the person responsible to rectify this is never available at his desk.
