KA 02 KF 3353 (Suzuki Access125)
I have not violated that traffic rules.
The fine is levied on me wrongly, the rider were wearing the helmets but still it is fined as rider not wearing helmet.
Please recheck the photo again and cancel the fine for me.
I am here with attaching the photos i downloaded from Digital Violation for reference.
