Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Complaint for constant drainage blocks due to silt deposition in the UGD LINE

I have a constant issue of silt deposition into my chamber from the main line of BWssb. I filed several complaint asking for desilting the line
But the line men become aggressive and constantly argue and leave it half attended.

Now my sump is seeping with drainage water.

I cannot fight any longer. Needs guidance and support
