Hello,

in our area cauvery water supply person is demanding for 100Rs every month to release the water. all the people are paying water bill with out fail. is it necessary to pay addition amount to water man? he has demanded to pay Rs 100 with in 5th of every month and if its fails he is not release the water to our area. from last 2 weeks cauvery water has not released and even it released it is only for short time (less than one hour).

we understand that he get is salary for his job from department. is it necessary to give Rs100 to him from every houses in area?
