Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Money Deducted but Bill not Paid

I, Puspendu Ghosh, am writing an email to register a complaint against the Bill established against my name for this month. I have made the following payment of Rs. 230 on 15th July 2022 using the Google Pay Services. The UPI transaction ID Number is as follows:[protected], but unfortunately the bill of Rs. 230 has been added to the arrears column.
My RR Number is E-225902.

The following information is necessary to track my payment;

The payment was made before the due date, which is on 22nd August 2022.

I would be grateful if the authorities cancel the arrears amount as I have already made the payment. I am hereby attaching a screenshot of the UPI transaction for your reference. I have already registered a complaint yet nobody responded to it.

I hope my crisis will be heeded to at the earliest.
