Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Outside sewage debris and water entering inside house

Sir,

Outside chamber toilet water and waste coming inside the house thru toilet drain our bed room and hall filled with outside chamber toilet water and waste.
I gave several times complaints but there is no action.
Today 8:30 pm my house filled with outside toilet debris and toilet water.
Due to BWSSB gave sewerage wrong connection. Last 1 year am facing same problem.
