Bangs Fried Chicken — Illegally opened butcher shop in residential area

I would like to inform you that I have a plot at Kerbala Road (Kerbala Main Gate), Kunderki Moradabad Pin- 202413. In this area just beside this shop (Bilal Halal Chicken Meat Center) I have a plot which needs to be constructed due to this illegal meat shop and mini poetry farm I am not able to do the construction at site sine . This is a residential area just beside this place there is a holy plan and graveyard. Near by there is a clinic too . As this is also not good for children who are playing in the street. Which gives a bad impact on them. Also, the smell of slaughtered chicken has been mixing in the air.

Reasons:

1. Illegally opened shop in residential area.
3.Causes massive sound of animal killing early in morning every day.
3. In open to selling the Chiken meat without fear of Law and order.
4. Shop owners are stubborn rigid and not literate persons and he does not listen to the public and myself too. I have asked them to move this shop many times but he does not listen and try to dominate and abuse every time since they are 6 brothers and show there dominance every time.
6 They are doing poetry farming too in the area & sheltering on the road.
7. Many Health issues to come due to these shops like, swine flu diseases, fresh air issues, bad smell etc.
8. Copy of photograph is attached for your perusal & early action.
9. It is situated in the common residential area, Holy Place and it has become impossible for us to construct the site due to heavy smell.
10. If they continue this illegal activity and slaughtering openly at public place then it will be difficult for anybody who are interested to construct houser or want to live in this area.
11. We pray to you make to us peaceful environment of our peaceful life.
12. We request you to kindly take serious action against on this complaint further we would take help to understand through Right to Information.

And it is further requested not to allow such meat shops to open in the residential area at the same address.
