Bank Of Baroda — excess amount debit in my a/c

Dear Sir, i have a saving bank account in your branch tapukara and my A/C No. is {[protected]} and my complain ID is {[protected]} dated 27.04.2015 regarding non receipt of cash Rs10000/- From ATM ID S 1ANBU87 of HDFC bank situated at Tapukara, however even after two months of lodging the compalint amount has still not reversed in my A/c . mount: 10000/- Date: 25.04.2015 Time: 14:41 ATM Id:S1ANBU87 S. No. 4736 Comp Id: [protected] Comp Date: 27.04.2015 Transection withdrawl transection declined 070 unable to process my national consumer help line complain no is (605954) -- please give me respons fast and looking on above matter (please help me )
