[Resolved] Bank Of India — irctc refund not credited to my bank a/c | |||
Dear sir, I have booked 2 nos. Rail ticket through irctc website on 31.03.2019 and paid by upi and deducted the money of rs 570/- and 860/- from my boi a/c. Also note, on 06/07/2019 i have cancelled the same ticket and on 07.07.2019 irctc refund the amount of rs. 510/- and 640/- by same payment gateway but till now no amount has been credited to my account. I have also mailed to irctc and they confirmed me that they already refunded the same and suggest me to contact my banker for refund and after that i visit my branch but they are unable to help me and i am also mailed to bank of india customer care several time and also discussed to the customer care representative over phone but till date i am getting any fruitful response from them/boi. Irctc furnished me the below mentioned transaction refund details.. Date of cancellation of e-ticket/date of failure of e-ticket booking:06-jul-2019 Refund processing date:16-jul-2019 1) refund amount:510.0 Cancellation/refund id-[protected] Bank refund transaction id:rev_[protected] 2) refund amount:640.0 Cancellation/refund id-[protected] Bank refund transaction id :rev_[protected] Payment option used : pay using bhim (Powered by axis bank) also accepts upi I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest to refund the amount at the earliest.
