I am writing a review here just to inform you all that bankbazaar is not a reliable website at all.

Let me share my experience with you all here and other consumer forum websites.

I applied for a card few months back for indusind credit card where they were supposed to approve the application in 24 hrs. They kept that application open for 10 days and then they rejected. They said i have not uploaded documents and physical documents they don't accept. I wasn't comfortable to upload my documents on some website.

Again i submitted the application #[protected] on 20th march and this time i uploaded all the documents online. I thought they will approve the application in 24 hrs. But they did not bother to reply back. I dropped multiple times to them and i received a few calls after that.in first call, they said my all documents are in place, in second call they said, there is some issue with documentation and some will contact me for the documentation.in the third call, they said they sent the application to bank. It will be approved in no time.

Last week i realized the application is not available anymore online. I tried to check with them, initially, they said application is old. I have to submit a new request and then they changed the statement and said all banks are closed right now. When i told the executive that my uncle is a manager in a bank and all banks are open till 5 pm with limited staff and they are accepting all loans, credit cards, etc applications. He went in shock state and after a pause he said you don't know sir. All banks are closed.

You never know what they are doing with your sensitive idata and proofs you are submitting for application. They may be collecting and selling it to some other players in the market.

Beware of bankbazaar scam.
