Basil International Ltd — Company is not given my Maturity

I have invested Rs 7000/- (Seven thousand Only) in BASIL INTERNATIONAL LTD. in PREFERENCE REDEEMABLE SHARE CERTIFICATE Scheme which was deposited on 05/05/2008 For 6 Years 6 months. After 6 Years 6 months my Maturity Date was 05/11/2014. To Day is 02nd August 2015. Almost 9 Month running, Company is not given my Maturity. People are investing F/D for the purpose of income, almost nine months I have not any income agenist my deposited Amount. I know almost 99% customers is not received their pending maturity.
