[Resolved] Bata — Damage product and retailer misbehave

I have bought a bata shoes no.5526809 from ansal plaza palam vihar gurgaon who was defective product when i gone to retailer than he refuse to return the product and he misbehaved and abused us. What should i do now please help us other wise i will file a case toward this so please kindly short out my problem.
