In subject to bata.in order id[protected]
Today, i had a chance to speak to one of your customer services representative, she was so unhelpful and she has changed my complete experience with shopping on bata.in which is really pathetic to worst. I have been doing online shopping for so long with multiple platforms but i never got such a run around and such unresponsive and unhelpful experience. I have visited the store as well in lulla nagar showed them proof's of payment and described the situation but no one is ready to take the responsibility and everyone is giving me a run around.
I have made the payment through gpay upi, so i shared the receipt of the transaction in pdf format, but that didn't satisfied them, so they asked to share my bank statement as well in pdf format, which i sent them over email, but still there was no response over the email, so i called in customer service again 5th time they answered and they said they will respond in 3 days whether that amount can be refunded or not.
Trust me, i think they have the worst system, and i won't suggest anyone to use bata website to order anything. Was this information helpful? |
