[Resolved] Bata India — Damaged chappals

Sir, For the last 10 years I am a pride customer of bata products.I have purchased 3 pairs of ladies chappales for my doughters and for my mother from shanmugam road EKM showroom of bata on 2-5-2014 out of those 3, 2 of them are damaged very soon .when I contacted the showroom in connection with this they demanded the purchase bill .In fact, In a hurry, I have misplaced the bill and I have mentioned the exact time and date of purchase them. As this is my sorrowfull position you may kindly take appropriete steps to replaced my chappals and to redress my loss. your faithfully sadique [protected]@gmail.com [protected]
