[Resolved] Bata India — Defected pair to shoes sold to me

I purchased Bata back formal shoes costing 3000/- from nearest store in Rohini, New Delhi, 110085. However after 1 wear its finishing ruined.. Is there is way out to get this replaced or repair...from left side shoe got loosen up. Please help me on this as I am very old customer since I was child and wearing bata Naughty.
