[Resolved]  Bata India — defective product

Purchased a pair of footwear, product code 6718921 CLARA Sz 4 from shop no 15-16, ground floor Shipra Mall Ghaziabad on 09/10/2013 along with few other products. On wearing it for first time i found it defective as it caused blisters on my left & right foot. As i happen to be in same Mall at that time, i contacted the store and requested them to replace it as it was causing my lot of trouble, they refused to do so saying now it is a used one. I left the pair in store with cashier and came back. you are requested to please take this issue with authorities concerned and get it replaced. My mail [protected]@ymail.com and contact no.
