Bata India — defective products

Was order shoes through bata online store on[protected] . order id - OS[protected]... but i was wear the shoes yesterday[protected] only 4 hrs .. the shoe top layer peel up .. i was shocked .. the quality is very poor and not worth for cost. i think is very old stock . i enclosed the photo's for your review...
