Product : Hush Puppies Shoe Size 7 Article No. : SS 854-6784 Cash Memo No. : 19-01-14/1/0085 M.R.P, : Rs.3499/- Date of Purchase : 19th January 2014 Place of Purchase: Bata India Ltd, F-17; First Floor, Phoenix Market City, 142, Vellachery Main Road, Chennai- 600042 Complaint Date : 26th January 2014 Place of complaint:/ Place of replacement : Bata Show Room, Tuticorin - The Store manager inspected defective article and advised to to register complaint with customer care for further action. Complaint Details : The Sole of Right Foot Shoe has manufacturing defect and it has come out completely from back & front completely.
