[Resolved]  Bata India — fake warranty and no proper policies and customer support

hi, i am facing issue with bata customer care to get replacement of my shoes. as per CC i have used the article for 9 months but i dont understand that if you are giving 12 months warranty then where is the problem and even i am ready for x% of replacement as i know that i can get full replacement only within 60 days. i used this shoes hardly 3 months and found leather removed from sole which is defect. below is mail from bata -----Original Message----- From: in-customer.[protected]@bata.com Sent: Fri, 29 Aug 2014 12:56:38 +0530 To: [protected]@inbox.com Subject: RE: Your Concern about Bata Product 249830 Dear Customer, Greetings for the day.
