[Resolved] Bata India Ltd — Complaint for defect in Shoes - Complaint No. 381814

I purchased shoes for Rs. 3600 from Bata's Canought Place, Delhi store about a month back. Now the pasting of the shoes got removed for which the warranty is for 6 months. I have already spoken at the store. As per them, I have to visit the store & leave the shoes for 1-2 days, they will get that repaired & then I have to collect the same again from the store only. This is not acceptable because this is their responsibility to get the same replaced because this is a faulty piece.
