This complaint is regarding my online order with the following details.
Order ID - BW[protected]
Suborder ID - BW[protected]
Bata Product - (Ref. # 459423)
I had placed my order on 16th December and was expecting it to be delivered within a week. I never received it.
On 23rd December, I spoke with Bata Customer service rep - Anu. I was told there is some technical difficulty and the delay is primarily due to certain unforeseen operational issues at the courier's end. However, i was assured that everything has been sorted out and now it will be delivered within 2 working days.
I did not receive the order.
On 26th December I again called up. This time, the customer service rep - Priya told me that she has now cancelled the order. When asked for a valid reason, i was not offered any reasonable explanation other than the fact that the order is now being cancelled.
I haven't received any further email intimation or a phone call with the update on my order. To further make things worse, i received a follow-up email from Priya, the customer service rep, on the same day, stating that they will resolve the issue within 1-2 working days. I'm not sure what do they mean by resolve. Is my order cancelled or is someone still working on resolving this issue?
It's been 3 working days and haven't received any update on my order status. Neither did i receive any confirmation on my refund. Was this information helpful? |
