Desirable Solution: Initiate a REFUND ASAP
Description: I purchased BATA sandals, and then within their return period, I returned. Unfortunately, the product was on COD. It's been more than 2 months since I have not received my refund. I have contacted many BATA executives, including Sohail, Yashika, Anshu, Pankaj, Anshul, Rajat, Shubham Singh, Neha (Senior), Kajal, Varsha, and many more.
But none are of any use; all they said is 'SORRY' and 'IT WILL TAKE 24 TO 48 HOURS FOR YOUR REFUND TO TAKE PLACE, ' but it has been more than 2 months now, which is more than 60 days no refund have been initiated.
They were providing me with the link of my email ID, which asked me to fill the form, and then I will get the OTP on my mobile no. and Gmail ID, but the OTP was not coming anywhere, and this is happening for last 2 months, and it's happening every other day now.
All my details have been shared with the BATA people via Mail, like black cheques, account details, and everything. Since then, these people have had 0 courtesy to tell me the real problem why they are not initiating the refund. They blame it on the finance people or me, but that is not a solution.
If BATA India cannot initiate a refund of something around Rs. 1, 500, I think the brand should get closed or change its executives as they are definitely of no use. They are just good for nothing, and I have never had such a bad experience with any of the brands.
